No pic texts!!!!!

Hubby n I upgraded our iphone4 to IOS 6 and now we cant send pics in text. Cant get iMessage to work either. This blows! Apple wont fix it. Avid, devoted apple customer of iMac, 2 iPads, and 3 iPhones... Thats about to change if apple keeps doing this in updates.
